Introducing the new CHERN fellowship mentoring program...

Our new fellowship mentoring program will allow community hospitals to communicate and share information with each other on their fellowship programs:

Would you like some help?

Community Hospital Fellowship Mentor: A Program Director of a community hospital based fellowship program that is willing to help guide another community hospital through the process necessary to obtain/retain an ACGME accredited fellowship program. This would involve, at a minimum, a willingness to share materials (curricula and evaluation forms) and advice via email and phone contact. Hopefully this mentor process would extend to reciprocal interviewing of residents, shared educational experiences for fellows, shared faculty development and potential for research collaboration.
